NYX Gaming Products to Go Live in Three Canadian Provinces
Supplier of online casino and sports betting products and services NYX Gaming Group has announced that it has been given the nod by the gambling regulators of three Canadian provinces to provide its offering to local customers. NYX Gaming products will now be available in British Columbia, Québec, and Nova Scotia.
Gambling in Canada is regulated at a provincial level. In other words, each separate province has its own regulations, under which operations of this type are run. This is why, NYX Gaming had to reach separate agreements with the responsible regulatory body in each of the three above-mentioned jurisdictions.
In British Columbia, the supplier's operations will be monitored by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, which is, in turn, overseen by the British Columbia Gaming Policy & Enforcement Branch. NYX Gaming is set to enter the British Columbia gambling market as a "Gaming Service Provider."
The company has also become an "Approved Gaming Supplier" to Québec's lottery operator Loto-Québec. And as mentioned above, NYX Gaming was also given the green light to provide its services in Nova Scotia. Under the province's Gaming Control Act and the Atlantic Lottery Regulations, the supplier will be monitored by the Nova Scotia Alcohol, Gaming, Fuel, and Tobacco Division. NYX Gaming will launch its offering in the local market as a "Lottery Equipment Supplier."
Of their entrance into new regulated markets, NYX Gaming CEO Matt Davey said that they are happy to have satisfied the comprehensive conditions posed to them by local regulators. The executive further noted that expansion into regulated jurisdictions is an important part of their growth strategy.
Separate expansion efforts have recently resulted in the company's products going live in Italy with gambling operator Mr Green. Through NYX Gaming's Italian business – Game360, a selection of the supplier's games have gone live with the casino brand's Italian website. Mr Green has been a long-standing customer of NYX Gaming.
The latest financial report posted by the supplier showed that it had generated record revenue during the nine months ended May 30, 2025. A growth of 221.9% was posted for the period in question to a total of C$109.2 million. The record rise in revenue was mainly attributed to the acquisition of sports betting supplier OpenBet in May 2025.
